The weight is coming off a little slower than I would like but I know that stress can slow your weight loss and with 4 in the home with Asperger's it can be a little overly active ( stressful ) at times.
Anyways back to the numbers and my first new pair of jeans since the surgery.
I have lost 102 pounds total and I was surprised when I went to buy a new pair of jeans......
I have gone from a size 30/32 to a 14/16 ( I feel great !!! )
